    19 Days, it sounds very tempting to me. Before I get married and delivered baby, I enjoyed exercising very much. I think this set of workout will be able to suit my style. I have to be really determined to make it work. I would have given 5-star if I can get some illustrations to show me on the workout schedule. But anyway, with the advancement of internet nowadays, we can always google it out if we find we may not understand the workout terms mentioned in the book. Anyway, thanks Jamie for a great share, will try it out!
    I read this quickly. It is short. I wasn't impressed. Author was far more interested in giving facts than ideas to help lose weight.
    ‘19 days to rapid fat loss’ is the book that introduces quite a few interesting and unique ideas. The author points out that many people will get the information from this book and still sit on their backside without any action. For sure, this book’s strategy won’t work in such a case.
    Will this strategy work if you DO act? I don’t know. But unless you try, you won’t know either.

    I found good simple ideas inside. They sound sometimes even too simple (like, walk more or sleep more). However, if you already know you should do THIS and THAT in order to lose weight, why on earth you don’t do it? That’s a great point.

    I think we all need to stop for a minute and think about it. We need to set the goal, to write down the detailed plan and act. That’s what I am thinking to do now.
    Glad this was free. Super irritating oh so funny words to seem cool. Eye roll. Save yourself. Get Tim's book instead.
